I'm pretty sure they are running AI harvesting in what is either a scam or an AI call screening, which is why they kept demanding a video call for an initial phone screening. HR person demanded video camera and recording of session for interview purposes and subtly threatened to terminate or postpone for any deviation from their script. HR phone screener couldn't or wouldn't disclose moving stipend for job, showing that she was unprepared. HR phone screener should have just used a phone call or an e-mail.
