I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I wouldn't let their Portland caregivers take care of my goldfish.
The recruiter for this company sounded tired and uninterested in getting to know a good quality candidate with education and experience. Unfortunately, I had to hang up because she was the worst healthcare recruiter I've ever spoken to. Maybe hire someone more compassionate about hiring quality caregivers and you will have better caregiver reviews . You're losing good candidates at the door.
I would not recommend this caregiving service to anyone. During the time I used their agency, I lost 6 pounds and felt so neglected that I was on the verge of moving into assisted living just to keep myself safe. The caregivers they sent were unvetted and unqualified—most could not cook or handle even simple tasks. There is also huge turnover in management, with new faces practically every week.
