RecommendedSuch an awesome group of doctors our favorite is Mr Peña! Nurses are all nice and courteous I would recommend caring for kids to everyone looking for good PCP’S
We waited almost 3 hours to be told to get medicine over the counter. Definitely the worst experience since Dr.Falcon left this practice. My son has Autism and was difficult waiting so long. Then we find out from a nurse downtown location will be closing down. This was our main location to go to and have get to be notified of its closing.
I just got turned away for not having an appointment for bringing my sick toddlers for a check up! I came because I didn’t want to go to the hospital and take all day. Worst service ever
Once my son was born! I went to her because all the staff in the hospital said it is the best place to go! So I did. And it awesome! His doctor dr. Ferrer is so sweet and kind always straight to the point and always gives me good advice. I’ve Never had any problems with her. Every other doctor I have gone to for him was always straight to the point. Never looked to see if he really had what I said he had.. I’ve always stuck with dr. Ferrer and don’t think I’ll ever switch doctors!
My child has been seen here a month after he was born (He is 2 1/2 now) and we have received, the best of attention, and courteous, professional and efficient service by all who work here, from the young ladies at the front desk to the techs and especially the doctors. My child feels at home here. Thanks to all!!
I showed up 30 minuets early to my sons appointment just to be waiting an hour and half and still not be seen everyone who came in after us was getting called to the back while we just waited. And we had to reschedule and leave because my son got hungry and grumpy from waiting.
Dr. Castro is the best! He is very patient and caring with both my kids and they love him!
The office are great. I love Dr.Castro, Dr. Franck & Dr. Falcon. They are awesome. The staff is nice, friendly and always put patients first. The only negative comment I have is about Dr. Duvic. She has zero patience with kids which is weird because she is in a pediatric office. She will sigh and roll her eyes and have a bad attitude if you little one is not quiet and if they don't do exacly as she says. She makes everything so difficult when I ask her to fill out a simple asthma action plan or refill a prescription that is ... read more
