Took off from work today to arrive at my 12:10 cleaning appointment only to find out they removed me from the schedule due to not confirming the appointment over text message. Additionally, if you dont show for your appointment or have to reschedule within 48 hours they'll charge you a $90 fee. I've been going here for nearly a decade and this was how I was treated. If I could give zero stars I would. The office staff and the dental hygienist are soo nice! Now the pediatric dentist not soo much. Dr Alpano is the worst she doesn't seem to care at all and shouldn't be in the field of working with kids. Dr McCain was the best never made me feel any kind of way. Dr Alpano always wanted to target my son everytime it was like she didn't care to listen as to what I felt or was comfortable with and was quick to refer him to another dentist because she didn't feel comfortable or should I say wan... read more
