Oh my goodness, the same issue happened to me, John. I had a billing question, they too said I was inappropriate???? And then sent a letter stating we as a family were terminated from their practice? I am like “what” what is going on this is absolutely absurd and bizarre. I was just questioning the bill and what was being billed and then I get a “dear John” letter. Stay away. They can't even do a filling right. Never in my life have I had issues with a dentist.
