6 months ago I was fitted and paid for a mouth guard. Today I went in for a cleaning and was told the guard was never made ,they forgot! I paid a lot of $$ up front . If you owe them a few dollars after insurance they will hound you by phone and email and text . They don’t forget that . Very disappointed!
From Dr Adam , Danielle, Amela, Eric and all the staff there are very professional and friendly. Dr Adam did a filling and crown at the same time and it was very painless. They make you feel comfortable at all times and follow up with a phone call to see how you’re doing. Highly recommend Caring Family Dentistry.
Very friendly and professional and informative.
After waiting 7 months for an appointment for my children and dealing with a death in the family during the past week. They auto canceled my children's appointment with out my consent or a notification it will be canceled. They had no compassion and did not care about my situation. This is not how you should be running a business
