They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Best dental hygienist I have ever had!!! They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.
