Dr. Umansky’s bedside manner, touch, communication are all 5 out of 5. I have been two separate times for a cleaning and filling and staff all around were pleasant and very communicative. He also gives ample time for the anesthesia to kick in before he begins his work and will detail his work as he is going through the processes.
I so happy to have chosen this dentist, he’s really caring and so personable with me. He does superb work on my mouth

I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, but I've never had an experience like the one we had at Caring Dental. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the dental hygienist was incredibly skilled and gentle with both of my children. They love her. (both where there for a cleaning). She took the time to explain everything she was doing, and she made sure they both were comfortable at every step of the way.
I've been coming to Caring Dental for 20+ years and had appointments with great dentist. Dr Prasad gets 2 stars b/c I felt a lot of pain getting an implant as he didn't let the anesthesia kick in. Also he kept answering his phone not once but 3 Xs during my appointment. Would step out the office and come back in to finish. Unprofessional at the highest degree.
