Yes, i have been to your office after giving me and my son an appointment and drove 45 minutes, the doctor only put some type of refill with his hands on my 16 years old sons tooth while being extremely disrespecfull to me saying it was my fault he had a problem in a tooth, i do not recommend this place they, I originaly gave a star no comment but they responded saying we were never there, Yes I was there and i asked my son to get up and i left, I went there to get services you offered and were treated very disrespecfully no... read more
So I went to the dentist to do my cleaning, I was told I had to get 3 fillings, Dr Parsad came in and check my x-ray right away he assumed I needed a root canal. I ask to do my fillings the same day, he said he doesn’t have time. I had to come back the next day. Ask Dr Parsad checked my teeth he told me today is your lucky day, you don’t need the root canal we can do the filling in. Dr. Umansky’s bedside manner, touch, communication are all 5 out of 5. I have been two separate times for a cleaning and filling and staff all around were pleasant and very communicative. He also gives ample time for the anesthesia to kick in before he begins his work and will detail his work as he is going through the processes.
I so happy to have chosen this dentist, he’s really caring and so personable with me. He does superb work on my mouth
Been coming here for many years as well as my family. Dr Prasad has always been great to us! Very professional.
