Our caregiver was GREAT. I have no complaints about the CG we had for almost 8 months until my mom passed away. The office on the other hand, is another story. They have many policies which can't be changed; for example, we wanted 4-5 hours on Saturday, our CG was willing to do that, but they won't do fewer than 8. So we had to look elsewhere to fill our needs. The owner berated me at one point because we weren't doing exactly what he thought we should do.
