Carin is absolutely wonderful! This was our 3rd time purchasing a home, and she was the best realtor. She explained everything to us. Things that we understand than what we learned through every experience with purchasing a home. She goes above and beyond. We were moving from another state, and we did not have to worry about a thing. She treated this process as if it was her buying the home. It was a smooth process. Will definitely use her again the future.

Carin is the absolute best realtor in Richmond Hill and beyond. Our home sold for higher than we were expecting, faster than any other home in our neighborhood in recent history. I can’t think of an expectation she didn’t exceed. She cares about the job she does, she’s transparent, and isn’t afraid to tell you the straight scoop, which I appreciate. I almost want to move, just so we could use Carin again… almost.
