Carin was a lifesaver to helping me sell my house in Richmond Hill! It was my first time selling and she was patient with my questions and informed me every step of the process. I would highly recommend her for selling, or buying your home!

Carin helped us find and buy our dream home. So incredibly smart about the area, the finances and overall process. Being new people here she made a huge difference for our family. We love it here!

Phenomenal work. Carin quickly salvaged a poorly managed property, coordinating with various enablers (Handyman, Lawncare, Roofers, Plumbers, HVAC people, Cleaners, etc) to get the property in shape. With very clearly defined objective and timelines, Carin exceeded all expectations and achieved better than expected results. Without a doubt or hesitation, I would recommend her services to my closet friends and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Carin who helped me sell my dad’s home in Savannah after his passing. She helped smooth out an already difficult situation with professionalism and sound advice. She and her team were excellent in getting the house ready for market. Since I live out of town, I especially appreciated the fact that she made a point of personally visiting the property throughout the process to make sure everything was being done as required and on schedule. Working with her and her team was a pleasure.
