Phenomenal work. Carin quickly salvaged a poorly managed property, coordinating with various enablers (Handyman, Lawncare, Roofers, Plumbers, HVAC people, Cleaners, etc) to get the property in shape. With very clearly defined objective and timelines, Carin exceeded all expectations and achieved better than expected results. Without a doubt or hesitation, I would recommend her services to my closet friends and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Carin who helped me sell my dad’s home in Savannah after his passing. She helped smooth out an already difficult situation with professionalism and sound advice. She and her team were excellent in getting the house ready for market. Since I live out of town, I especially appreciated the fact that she made a point of personally visiting the property throughout the process to make sure everything was being done as required and on schedule.
