avoid managment at all cost lol i see older posts from 2008, we used to have goo dmanagment Don , charles matt but now we have rude person at desk who never smils, greats you and help you at all

A Wonderful Place to Live – The Carillon is a great place to live. The property manager made move-in easy and has been a great source of recommendations on local vets, carpet cleaners, etc. The apartment was clean and quiet - I hear my next-door neighbor's bathroom plumbing but otherwise I would think the surrounding apartments were empty. Management is constantly making improvements around the property. The apartment is cold in the winter but nothing a couple of space heaters can't handle. This place is a nightmare! I thought it was bad enough that the entire apartment building reeks of urine, which probably explains the copious amount of flys which congragated outside the lobby daily. It also was unfortunate that there were about 3-4 homeless people living in our bushes and in our dumpsters constantly shreeking and yelling and making me fear my safety and spreading garbage around the entire property.
