Signed a PA at Tansel Creek mid-October....almost 6 months ago. They don’t even have the plat recorded yet, let alone permits and definitely have not broken ground. They sold section two when it was literally a plot of dirt, had us believing breaking ground by the end of the year was a real possibility. RecommendedAudubon Lakes in Watson is a beautiful family oriented community nestled in a rural area but with easy access to dining out and shopping conveniences. The schools in the area are great too, ranking amongst the best in the state. The Audubon Lakes community appeals to all stages of life from first home, growing family home, or retirement home, all would feel very comfortable in this neighborhood. The large lakes are especially appealing as they offer beautiful and relaxing views.
Build something better than a shelter. Keep your promises. Do it right the first time. Hire quality subcontractors who know what they are doing. Do it right the first time so you don't have to continually fix things. Keep your promises to fix everything. Over a year later, Westport has not kept one promise. You can improve by caring. Following through. I am repeating myself in hopes the consumer understands DO NOT BUILD A WESTPORT HOUSE. You get the same thing for less in an apartment.
Pacific Ridge Homes are shotty craftsmanship and they DO NOT stand by their work. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW NICE THE HOMES LOOK. Trust me, you'll look back on this moment and thank me.
After seeing the way they make false promises to repair things in desperate need of repair I wouldn’t trust them with a dog house. They will immediately ask for the issues and promise to repair but continue to never make things right. This is why I’ll never pick Westport.
Tomorrow I will start posting these issue by issue. I bought this new construction house in June. I’ve had major issues every,single, month...still to date. 6 water issues (3 from contractors trying to fix the initial 3) HVAC problems, concrete problems, frozen pipes after they “fixed” them, and what’s worse than the issues is Westport has this “bull dog” mentality when it comes to responding to the issues themselves.
