If you’re a first-time homeowner, I highly recommend Mike Joseph. He makes sure you understand everything and is very friendly and personable. Would buy a home with him again
First time homeowners and was made such a positive experience by Mike. He knows the industry well, is thorough, and you can tell he cares about the personal experience and not just his job. We are very grateful to have this be our home and have Mike be such a big key to it all!
We are loving our new home and Mike is a huge part of that experience! He is easily the most personable, knowledgeable, kind person we have ever experienced in buying a home. We moved almost 1500 miles to the Austin, TX area to be near family. We needed to purchase a house quickly and sight-unseen. Because of the remarkable care and integrity of Mike Jospeh, D R Horton New Home Specialist, we were able to find a home within our budget; near family; and on a very tight deadline. Nick Koshell, who served as our DHI Loan Originator, was also a big help guiding us through our mortgage qualification process. Thankful for the Carillon Development; especially Mike, and also Nick.
Still under construction and poorly managed — think twice before buying!!! The community is still very much under construction, and the area is constantly a mess. We’ve experienced multiple tire damages due to debris and nails on the road, yet the HOA refuses to take responsibility. Despite promoting the idea of a “community like family,” the builder and HOA continue to disregard legitimate resident complaints.
