We had a wonderful time here! Everyone was so nice and loved the beach access!
This was an amazing place to stay! The community overall was peaceful and comfortable. The pools were clean with beautiful scenery. The easy access to the beach and quite beach area vs the overall PCB. We stayed here via air bnb but would recommend this community to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carillon Beach Resort Inn and can’t wait to return! It’s in the perfect location—just a short drive to all the amazing food and shopping in Panama City Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. One of our favorite parts was the private beach access exclusive to Carillon guests—no crowded beaches, just peaceful, beautiful shoreline.
