RUDE RUDE RUDE!! The nurse here set my appointment up to have a scan at the hospital, without letting me know that it was in Radford instead of Wytheville. When she called me back instead of apologizing and offering to reschedule she made a point to let me know it was my fault not her own, and gives me a number and says here's the number if you even want to reschedule. Words can't describe how appalled I am at the lack of care and respect this place has for their patients!!!!
