Dr. Rice took over the practice from the previous doctors. When I called for an appointment, was unable to see me for 8 weeks and was unwilling to refill a prescription based on the previous doctors' recommendations and history-- leaving me without important medication I had been taking for years. He did refill it at a lower (ineffective) dosage, but only provided a one-week supply even though it would be 7 additional weeks until I could see him. Always wonderful. Clean, polite, professional, competent, never a problem in the 28 years I and my family (four kids) have been with this practice.
She definitely gets an A+ in caring and bedside manner. Knowledgeable, good sense of humor. I was grumpy to even go in (shingles) but left with a bit of a smile on my face! Will definitely be more apt to return.
Glad we found a family doctor that cares about your health and recommends the appropriate treatment. Anyone we have recommended to see Dr. B has been thoroughly pleased with the care received. He and the office personnel provide exceptional service during any visit at any time of availability.
Chris takes a genuine interest in his patients. He always listens to my concerns. I’ve seen him for years and he has always done right by me.
Front office staff rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Good luck even getting to see the doctor even when you make appointments months in advance.
