For some reason so many designer, hippee & hometown coffee shops serve coffee which tastes burnt. Caribou always tastes smooth. I also enjoy several of their pastry items...I haven't seen my favorite for a while though, the French Toast muffin, but I can always fund a nice substitute. Their only disappointment is that they aren't nation wide. I miss having them out my back door, I have to drive a couple hours. We'll worth it.
