Quit forgetting whip. I keep coming back hoping this won’t be an issue. I have called corporate twice. This happens at almost all locations, it almost seems like they’re trained to “forget it” to save money or something. It is just whip cream but when you clearly mark it on the order you shouldn’t have to remind them every single time. They give you a dirty look as if it’s an extra request. So tired of this caribou, every single time I order a bagel and PAY for extra cream cheese they somehow forget it and it’s always the same employees around 11am. Theres been several times now, where I’ve paid for extra cream cheese and I haven’t been able to come back. I ordered a medium vanilla latte this morning with extra vanilla, and there was not a drop of vanilla in it.
