We went through the drive through
Thank you for the birthday drink, Nicole and for managing all of the orders coming in. I know mornings are busy and things can get lost in communication when handling so many orders and it was very refreshing to see her handle herself with grace when a customer wasn't happy with her coffee. She resolved it right away without questions asked, and communicated what Caribou has for creams and extracts, which the customer was unaware of or it was lost in communication/translation when ordering.
