Two young lady’s on the afternoon/evening shift made my day! I wish I could remember their names but the customer service was excellent and pleasant. My drink order was top tier delicious!
This place is always busy, but the wait time wasn’t too long. There’s plenty of space to sit a relax for a bit. The matcha was a little too milky and sweet for my taste but pastries are pretty good :)
I had been a Caribou loyalist, but no longer. Most of the food choices are greasy and unhealthy. I frequently find the environment too noisy/obnoxious and lacking sufficient cleanliness. I have on numerous occasions tried to use the app and never gone more than two to three weeks without some issue with adding funds or not receiving reward points.
