Good coffee but they added a tip to my bill before I paid it when I went through the drive thru. I would have tipped on my own but apparently they wanted to do it for me.
The coffee shop was dead on a Sunday afternoon (10/5/25) - 2 parties of two in line. The male barista was very testy while we ordered. After we picked up our drinks and brought them to our table, we realized the barista hadn't labeled them, so we couldn't figure out which was which. The barista couldn't identify which was which and remade them angrily. Wonderful staff delicious coffee! I was visiting from out-of-state and had the best experience each morning grabbing some coffee and a baked item to go. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Thank you for being open on labor day and SPECIAL THANKS TO the lovely baristas working this morning. They were so kind and the service was so fast! Glad I could keep them company on this quiet morning ☺️. Definitely one of my favorite Caribou Coffee locations. Keep up the great work ladies!
