Unfriendly staff was rude with me and her colleagues creating an aggressive atmosphere. Took a long time to make the order and just slammed everything on the counter without making sure people know they were getting theirs. Confused customers checked with each other to sort through the items. The person making the drinks seemed to not want to get in her way. Bagel was good but the coffee tasted like the machine needs a cleaning.
Airport coffees are the best coffees. But not all airport coffee shops are good coffee shops. This Caribou rocks! Woo to cafe.
Order ahead of time on the app and you're golden.
The service at the Caribou in Terminal 2 is GREAT. You can tell the team works well together and I watched them, more than once, very kindly, help guests with their orders when the guests seemed overwhelmed with what to do and order--so many options. The women working the counter showed so much patience and compassion for each guest they served. And always with smiles.
