It’s hard to say that I’m extremely disappointed in the easily avoidable mistakes that I witnessed at this caribou. As someone who has worked in a busy caribou store, I understand the rush and frustrations that come with the fast pace. Although, it doesn’t save any time not caring if drinks are made properly, if anything it wastes time due to customers not being happy and wanting it remade or asking for a whole new drink. Los empleados son muy antipáticos, cuando trabajas cara al público al menos tienes que tener un mínimo de respesto y educación.
Service was atrocious. I asked for the light roast and watched them full up my cup with the dark roast. After stating again I wanted the light roast she grabbed a new cup, turned her back to block my view and again poured me the dark roast. I don't know if they were out of the light roast but tell me if so and I will wait for it to be brewed. 8 am and the donut tasted like it was 2 days old.
