I’ve never seen baristas work so slowly and still manage to not listen to the actual orders. I asked for an earl gray tea with cream and sugar, and a cinnamon muffin. This is not a complicated order. I got the tea black (no visible cream or sugar) and a lemon poppyseed muffin. I know people are human and make mistakes but I think these folks just gave up. Call me crazy but at $10 for a tea and muffin, I’d like what I actually ordered.
Terrible cappuccino, weak coffee and the foam is just full of air. Would not recommend.
Each time I come to Caribou it gets worse and worse. I used to love it !
I asked for a bacon and cheese croissant and they gave me sausage when I told them it was incorrect that ignored me and started talking poorly on me in front of many by standers who confirmed I said bacon not sausage. They’re extremely rude to everyone yelling at customers, I will say the coffee is good but that location would thrive from a change of employees. I’ve never seen such terrible service.
