Horrible. Bad service and bad prices. Totally embarrassing.
Asked for a Chi tea latte with a shot of espresso. Drink tasted like a plain latte. Noticed they use coffee machines to make drinks vs making the way you would expect. Awful way to start the day!
Not the friendliest of folks working here. I only asked for a regular coffee, light and sweet, the request was acknowledged and said back to me and was given a cup of burnt black coffee. It was scalding hot when I got it (which I'm not complaining about) but I didn't discover the mixup until I was at my gate down in E41. Went aaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way back for my cream and sugar and was given lip, "you didn't order light and sweet, you said regular" Glad I know not to stop here next trip through ATL.
My first try to order at a caribou store, won’t try again.
