Just had the best service experience of any airport coffee chain I've ever been to. The young woman working there solo was absolutely fantastic, juggling multiple orders with great communication and fast service. My turtle mocha was delicious. She clearly cared about her work and doing it well.
I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk. It was disgusting. It tasted like mustard was added to my drink. I paid $8 for something I couldn’t finish. I had already made my way to my gate before I could go back to address anything. I have to stop purchasing anything out of this airport. It is literally always something!
Horrible. Bad service and bad prices. Totally embarrassing.
