Rude staff. Ladies who take order only interested in getting tips. U asked for small coffee she will give medium. U asked for toast, deliver burned food. They don’t care about customer. Even being asked politely, she gives looks. God may bless them. Wasted my money n my breakfast
Paid $7 for iced cold pressed but it tasted like tasteless bitter watered down drip coffee. The staff did not seem to care to fix it. I had ordered light on ice and it was half filled with ice. Again, staff unmotivated and could care less. The counters were filthy with dried sticky remnants of spilled drinks. Caribou has really gone downhill. Wish I could give zero stars. People working at this location do a disservice to the brand. Horrible, awful.
This place gave me food poisoning (6/20/2025). I got a parfait and a turtle coffee.
Cashier needs to listen and not lean on the register looking around. Listen to your customer, please
