awesome service as always!! The staff always do a great job and are super friendly. I order ahead on the app and my order is always ready and waiting for me.

I’ve never been treated the way I was treated by this server at Caribou Coffee. She is rude AF, she will literally shut you up with no hesitation. I’m not asking for a tremendous customer service, but a basic one. She doesn’t know what manners means and gets upset with you when she makes your order wrong or when you try to clarify something.
