I went into the Edgewood rd location near Walmart. My tap to pay didn't work with my paypal so I had to shuffle some money online. It takes a few minutes to transfer from PayPal to my bank. Branson, who was working front counter, window and making drinks said that due to the inconvenience with the card and having to do that shuffling that he was going to the care of the coffee for me. They are still premade sandwiches, which limits control of ingredients.
Always fabulous customer service and amazing coffee ☕ BUT I'm starting to come to the conclusion to not order food here anymore. Their coffees and service are always super fast and polite which is why we love coming here. However, the last two times I ordered the lumberjack sandwich it was still cold in the middle. They don't heat it long enough by far. Sad because my wife use to love their lumberjack sandwich but won't order it anymore now. Dec. 28th at 1:15 is when I went thru the drive thru. I usually always have good experiences there! But today was pretty grossed out, watched the lady make a bagel with no gloves, touching her headset, and smeared her finger that had cream cheese on the paper that the bagel was on… so no not eating the bagel. Then handed my change back with the bagel, the money shouldn’t be touching the food.
