I walk around the Mall of America and I probably pass at least a dozen coffee shops. But when I am done walking I backtrack halfway around the mall again to come to this Caribou because the people here are great. The manager has been here a long time and he is absolutely wonderful. Always great service and they go above and beyond. Also, I love the seating area and the view.

VERY GOOD EMPLOYEES
I work at the mall and don’t have much time to wait in line for a coffee. I’ve been ordering on the app ahead of time and it’s been amazing! Today I got an iced carmel high rise with oat milk, and it was sooooooo good!! I appreciate how well it was made and how creamy it was, honestly made my day at work so much better!!
