The cashier was really friendly. He was very respectful and easy-going with set the tone for the rest of the experience he gave welcoming Customer Service.

Worst Latte ever!
employers were nice but rushing big time because i was there right before close. i order a large hot matcha with oat milk and all i got was a large steamed cup of oat milk with probably a half a scoop of matcha (not even). i used to work for the company and this is seriously ridiculous.
