I stupidly pre-ordered to the wrong location today, one of your staff members (short, dark pixie haircut- I wish I caught their name) kindly offered to make them for me there. It really saved the day for me and allowed me to get to work on time and bring coffee to a friend who’s been dealing with a hard situation. Excellent service and wonderful coffee!
This store is in need of new management and staff or Corporate needs to step in and retrain staff how to be respectful to customers and be timely with orders, store needs better parking or access into parking lot.
