It seems over the years being open tje store is not improving. I have experienced a few different things at this location going at different times of the day. Most mornings my coffee is great the Manager is there. She is so friendly and knows what she is doing and makes sure I get my extra caramel and that it is hot. Yesterday I went through drive up at around 3pm. Order my usual ice mocha with half dark and half milk chocolate. I’ve ordered that drink for probably more than 10 years. Anyway the person who made my drink handed it to me. It looked too dark so asked her are you sure it’s dark and milk chocolate. She looked me straight in the eye and said yes. Had an issue with the app and getting my free coffee and the manager was wonderful and assured me I'd get my coffee free whether the app worked or not. My Christmas drink was amazing! Thank you Caribou!
