Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Caribou Coffee. I was waiting for my beverage an extremely long time and when I asked if it was ready or if they were still working on it, they asked me what I ordered. I told them and they just threw the closest thing they had to it made. They didn’t know if it was mine. They just said that’s the only one of that type of beverage we have made. The food and drink were good. However for the first time you forgot the bacon on my sandwitch. The egg and bun were smaller than usual but the hot drink Was very good. For the first time the drive up windows forgot to ask for my perk number. I do understand we are all human and mistakes are made. I will keep on comming to Carabou.
