Usually, it's fine. It's a corporate coffee shop in Dwtn Minneapolis. What do you expect? Staff aren't terribly friendly but its usually just bc they're busy and they have rude clientele. I try not to be one of them. But today was something else. The cashier was especially cold and dismissive. Wouldn't even look at me and then mis-entered my order. The barista then made the wrong drink. When I pointed it out, they apologized and made the right drink but wrong size. When I pointed THAT out, they got the right size, but huffed... read more
US Bank location is super busy but friendly. Good, fresh, dark roast coffee and bakery goods. Tho the lids ARE put on right, sometimes they don't prevent spills over the rim as I walk back to the office. But that's an issue at the cup producer. 5 stars for the store and staff.
