I ordered a drink via the app on Friday July 10th. when I went to pick it up, i was not allowed to enter the store this Caribou is located in due to a kitchen fire. A manager for lunds and byerlys blocking the entrance said to me “let me go see if they can make it or not”. I waited, she came back and said “They are in the process of refunding your drink.” I left with no beverage. So they didn’t make my drink, but the charge was not refunded, it has cleared my bank.
