The workers at this Caribou Coffee were super rude! I asked for the bathroom code and they replied rudely. I decided not to buy coffee because I needed the bathroom first, but the code they gave me didn’t work. I ended up leaving to find another option 🤔
Waited more than 20 minutes for a mobile order. Only order here if you have real time to spare.
Love the coffee but service could be better!!
Wow, what disrespectful and sarcastic baristas. People forgot they’re in the service industry all time and it really shows here. The service was slow because the barista was counting their 10 dollars in tips while they should have been making customers orders and another one talked back with rude remarks at a customer when they simple ask if there was dairy in the drink they had made her.
