I had a really disappointing experience with Caribou. I ordered a drink at one location and was already driving when I realized it tasted awful. On top of that, there were floating chunks in the drink. Since I was no longer near the original store, I stopped at the closest Caribou and explained what had happened. Instead of helping, I was told I had to drive all the way back to the original location where I purchased it. They refused to remake the drink, even after I showed them the issue. Slow delivery pick up. You need to put delivery orders in the front so we aren't waiting on slow as turtles staff
Went here on Friday last week, Sam took my order but I totally goofed, I forgot to ask for it iced. It was no big deal I just asked for a cup of ice and they offered to remake it for me. The coffee and muffin was great, the lobby was clean and well kept. The staff was wonderful, sam and mason took great care of me and my group! Great people, great environment!
