The staff messed up my order three times. Staff were rude and not helpful.
Nice to be back. Haven’t been to a Caribou in a while since we live in Illinois. Service was prompt. Establishment was clean.
They were extremely busy when I went in. Their drive-thru was closed and I'm assuming it's cuz they didn't have the coverage. There was only two girls covering all the mobile orders and the in-store orders. They were doing it professionally and they had smiles on their faces. Even though I'm sure they were stressed. Portable customer service. I've given clear simple instructions about how I'd like to have my drink made. But I was treated like trash.
