Went here twice in the last two days. Both times baristas were super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere cozy, drinks good.
Never had any issues from here until today. I have always loved Caribou! Hear me out, I am not against tipping. The person at the drive through, when I got charged with my card didn't specify what tip amount I had selected. I got a light roast regular coffee and got charged 67% tip which I didn't select and she did not re-confirm it with me. I mean we make mistakes right. So, I was thinking it's ok, but when I drink the coffee, it's not even HOT! Luke warm at most.
