I used to come to this Caribou almost every day for coffee and breakfast, but after today’s experience, I will never come back. This morning, I waited about 15 minutes for my order and politely asked about it twice. The male employee at the counter was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I showed him that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, he became even more hostile and actually told me to “shut up.” That kind of behavior is unacceptable and disgusting in customer service. I was the only person in line to order a drink. I stood there for 5 min, while three staff members were only working the drive thru. Super disappointed
