The main barista at this location (starts with a T because u cant post names) quite literally yelled at me at the drive thru window infront of another employee this was some time ago I used to be a frequent customer here but after this decided to just buy an espresso machine seeing as I was spending around $200 here a month alone. The server did not secure the lid, causing me to miss a job interview because coffee got all over my outfit.
Very rude girl working the walk up counter. I had questions about the drinks and she had an attitude while I was ordering and she slammed my drink down on the counter very quickly and walked away. There were no other customers or anyone in the drive thru at the time either. Just very rude customer service. I used to work as a barista for years and you'd never catch me treating a customer like that.
