I'm giving them a three only because they remade the items still terrible and they tried to tell me that the reason was because I got a value meal. If you get a value combo you have to expect that the coffee is not what you're thinking who in their right mind ever says that and I paid extra on my combo for extra sugar and pieces and flavor shot so I paid $26 for a sandwich and a coffee and they're telling me no I'm supposed to expect it to be watered down. I miss the Caribou on W JOHNSON ST, THE STAFF AT THAT SRORE WAS MUCH FRIENDLIER THAN THE S MAIN ST STORE. SINCE THE CLOSING OF JOHNSON ST I HAVE ONLY BEEN TO S MAIN 3 TIMES NOW BECAUSE I LIVE ONLY 1/2 FROM SCOOTERS SO NOW I GO THERE MORE, WHICH ITS OK BUT CARIBOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE.
Got a large latte for my birthday, I know it comes with foam but Jesus! I didn’t think half of my drink would be foam. Not even hot
