Great service. My only complaint is that half of the outlets do not work.
Didn’t get to try anything cause when we walked in (me and my daughter) on 5/15 we weren’t acknowledged or greeted. There were two associates working we could see in the front. One was in the bakery display, my daughter asked about one of the doughnuts ( a chance for the associate to greet us and tell us what it was and say they would be with us in a moment) the other associate looked me in the eye and didn’t even smile or say something along the lines of “we will be with you in a moment” I think they were working the drive ... read more

Great, comfortable and nice folks
I thought I liked Caribou. Until I ordered a medium latte, mocha, cream. Nine. $9 dollars. Plus, it was an average tasting coffee. So sad for me as I will never return. Dang.
