Been coming here since it opened 2-3 years ago?? Or opened longer ago than that?? Writing a review now because I usually just get hot chocolate for my kids from either Starbucks or caribou and my kids have said they loved the caribou hot chocolate more than Starbucks (that's got to mean something!) Staff have always been friendly, service is great and quick as well and always acoomodates the wife's strange drink requests like no energy pump, extra raspberry pump -_-
