It’s seems most of the employees working here. HATE their jobs.. speak up! I can’t hear you when I come to the drive thru! Sorry! But why get an attitude with us?!! And stop begging for tips. Jeez! just do your job and maybe! Just maybe if your customer service is amazing! We’ll tip you without asking. Now I see why they have a 3.something stars. 1/10 I don’t recommend this location!
I chose this caribou (there are several nearby) because when I order the cooler, it actually still has ice. I usually order with an extra shot of espresso, and I can actually tell - whereas other locations seem watered down and not so strong. Staff has always been kind and friendly.
