Every single day I drink black coffee with the honey from here. But all customer service not respecting me because I’m asking them to add honey to my coffee even I pay extra for honey. That’s why I hate all customer service to working here and I love different locations caribou coffee.
You know I usually have great experiences at Caribou but this morning was bad bad. I ordered through the drive though. The barista got my whole order wrong. I said almond she said oat, I said hot she said iced like what are we doing….then I asked for a bagel toasted….I got a bagel untoasted…like just super disappointing know you’re going to be at work all day…getting the wrong order and paying for it.
Great experience every time! I go to the one off Century by the Greenmill and Kristen deserves a raise such a sweet person!!!!
