Had ryan take our order and he was very rude he needs some costumer service lessons.
I've been ordering from here 2 a week since they opened. Usually I do mobile order because their drive through can be slow. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes we got to the order and we're berated by the worker for honking our horn (we did not). It was early and I decided to just leave. I will never be back to this location or any location since this is how they let their employees treat customers. I can support local coffee shops instead of bring disrespected at this chain. Only ordered ice teas
Great to have a stand-alone Caribou back in Madtown. Solid service, and very good coffee drinks. Don’t forget to answer the trivia, correctly, at each and every order. It’s good for you brain to actually think for yourself.
Both of the staff working were completely rude. They did not apologize for completely forgetting about our order, and when they finally remembered, our order was cold.
