Good coffee, but overpriced!
The cashier named Brianna provided terrible customer service during my first visit, simply because I have an accent. While I was placing my order, she repeatedly told the trainee she was with, “I’m having a hard time understanding what she’s saying—repeat her order back to her,” as if I weren’t standing right in front of them. This was my first time going into a caribou coffee in literal years. It was a welcoming, warm inviting atmosphere. The nice cashier girl was very respectful and nice customer service with a smile. It was my first time in there so she was patient with me and also informative. I ended up getting that nitro iced coffee. I believe it was. It was absolutely delicious. I went here a week or 2 ago, and I ordered online. They looked like they were in a rush so I wasn't in a hurry to get my drinks. The girl at the window was very kind and respectful she was black with the cutest voice. As she was trying to find my drinks because apparently they were labeled wrong this taller woman with purple and brown hair yelled and cursed at her. The poor girl looked crushed but she still gave me a smile and handed me my drink, I think this place needs to train their workers better
