Best caribou in the state
I love caribou very much and when this store first opened up I was very excited. They’ve always seemed to be slow but most mornings weren’t that bad until a few months ago. I believe they got a bunch of new people because they had a training in progress sign up for quite some time. The quality of service has significantly decreased. This past visit sealed the deal for me as I went in the drive through the guy who was taking my order repeated my order back three times and when I pulled up to pay the order was wrong he rung it... read more
I've been to this location probably 20 times. I'd say it's been good maybe 70%. The sandwiches have always been tasty, but out of stock at least 4 times. The lattes has been the most consistent, though once given to me without expresso. They almost always assume the order is takeout and give me a bag that I then unpack at a table, instead of having a much more welcoming plate... It's surprising how much of a difference that makes to me now in feeling welcomed at an establishment.
