I received the survey before my drink. 10 mins later I’m still waiting. That was before the 3 minute wait for a staff member to come to the counter. I think I’m done at this location - poorly run and understaffed. Regional needs to shore up the expectations here
No one behind the counter in the Festival Caribou. Order took 15mins and was incorrect.
