Staff is very friendly.
Drive through is nice, except the space is to small and gets cramped.
I got the year of free coffee pass but this waconia place is absolutely terrible. Never had an order that wasn't messed up.

Boo to brunette braid gal in the drive thru that never gives my pup a dog treat, he gets so excited when we pull in and is so confused and mopey when she doesn't give a treat. Happened 3 times now.
Best service at a caribou. This is the home of so many wonderful people.
