Great customer service. Jon was super helpful. The process was pretty fast too.
STAY AWAY!! This is the typical bait and switch company. They have ridiculously high fees and you end up paying more on your vehicle than what you were before. They are big time scam artists! They do not make the process easy either. They constantly sent me the wrong forms which delayed everything. I am still getting fees racked up with my old lender while they are twiddling their thumbs. It affects my credit but they could care less about that. They just want their hand in the bag then don't respond to you.
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Arthur S****. His knowledge and caring were great. He stayed in contact with me often throughout the whole process. I will highly recommend him personally to my friends.
