This has been the BEST experience renting an apartment. The process was smooth, the apartment is GORGEOUS and smells amazing! 10/10!!!!
Have lived here for almost 4 years. The area is very nice and quiet with the golf course surrounding it. The rare couple of times I had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly by the staff.
I would strongly advise against renting here based on my move-out experience. After vacating, I was charged thousands for flooring replacement even though the issue was limited in scope. When I asked for documentation, I was given a prorated estimate—not a final invoice showing what was actually paid. Communication was inconsistent, and despite having the account in a documented dispute, I received pre-collection notices and was ultimately sent to collections anyway.
