Have enjoyed living here the past year. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Ryan was always been helpful during the process of finding an apartment as well as throughout my time at this complex. Maintenance sometimes takes a bit to respond but overall they’ve been pretty good as well. I’ve had a few random occurrences like squirrels nesting in my car in the parking lot and a golf ball being hit through my window at the golf course, but those are pretty unexpected random things that have occurred. I’ve had a great experience living here for the past few months. The area is quiet, feels safe, and the residents are friendly. The maintenance team has been awesome and very quick to address any issues! Ryan at the leasing office has been super friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with any of my questions. I had a short timeframe to find a unit and he helped make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend living at Caribbean Isle!
I have enjoyed living here. It's very quiet and has two pools. I have been very lucky with amazing neighbors. Ryan in the office has always been helpful with anything I need.
We’ve lived here for over a year and have enjoyed the community and the amenities. Our favorite part of the community is the nature- so many incredible birds since the community sits within a golf course. Our unit fits our needs and we really enjoy the community pool! It’s always clean and Range water has made many improvements in the neighborhood since taking over- newly paved lots, renovated units, fixing the lake fountain, new pool furniture, updated pickle ball courts, updates to the community laundry room… the list goes... read more
