This has been the BEST experience renting an apartment. The process was smooth, the apartment is GORGEOUS and smells amazing! 10/10!!!!
Have lived here for almost 4 years. The area is very nice and quiet with the golf course surrounding it. The rare couple of times I had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly by the staff.
I would strongly advise against renting here based on my move-out experience. After vacating, I was charged thousands for flooring replacement even though the issue was limited in scope. When I asked for documentation, I was given a prorated estimate—not a final invoice showing what was actually paid. Communication was inconsistent, and despite having the account in a documented dispute, I received pre-collection notices and was ultimately sent to collections anyway. Very nice looking apartment complex! Landscaping is fresh and nice. The apartments appear to be well kept. There is ample parking. Each building has four units that have their own garages. Not sure about pricing but the residents all report being happy there.
