My call was returned promptly. And they were readily available. They arrived on time. It was necessary to return the next day when I wasn't home, but all the work was done as I expected when I returned.
Only had an initial visit. Rep was very helpful, informative and pleasant. After our one hour meeting and base training on maintaining our pool, we scheduled an actual working arrangement for next week to be followed up every 2 weeks at our option. My 5 star evaluation is only based on initial meeting and discussion with the rep. We were impressed with future work plan. Will be better to more accurately assess performance after next meeting.
