This business is pathetic. Do not buy from them, you will get screwed over. Customer service sucks, can't get ahold of anyone. Have no warranty on any car you get from them, gets denied when you are trying to fix your car. And the people who work at Springfield MO location do not know crap about cars. Tell u that there was no SPARK PLUGS IN VEHICLE. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no experience what so ever with customers.
Eva Ballinger I got a car from CarHop last year in around September I believe because I had no other choice! I didn't think my credit was good enough to go get a new car so I went to them. They didn't give me a lot of choices but being a single mom needing a car to get back & forth to work I got a 2001 Buick Regal in poor condition! I had to drive it thru the winter with no heat with my kids in the car! When I told them about the issue they told me to take it to their approved shop and they waived the diagnostic fee.
