Rhianna was absolutely amazing and help with the whole thing
Screwed my daughter over big time, her very first vehicle purchase and it’s been a nightmare since she drove her new vehicle off the lot. She calls with no response, has a warranty and their not honoring her warranty, we’ve lawyered up. I will be letting BBB know also. I do not recommend Carhop.!

If I didn't have to leave a star I wouldn't but I have to in order to place a review. Carhop sold me a vehicle I liked and the very next day I had a check engine brought it back they said I needed some gas additive. Next all the indicator lights came on. Major work. Over 1400 in repairs. We called they told us, we'll, it's a used car. Used car? How about piece of junk. I realize it's used, we did test drive. They even told me it had a warranty. I'm just disappointed they won't pay for this.
