They are the worst car company ever! I was able to trade my car for a new one 4 days later it broke down I was told it would be a quick fix it's going on 5days and still not fixed. My payment Is due 2/26 and they are asking me why I need to put the payment back if they're fixing what's wrong with it? 1st I just got the car from them 2nd the money that goes into taxis is quite expensive especially when my son has therapy 3x a week and 2 school age children. They are insensitive to the situation. There whole setup is horrible.
Slimy company puts a starter killer on your car and before you know it, they will use it. Also it will kill your starter so even when you pay them, you have to replace the starter in your car. Ohhhhh, they don't help do that either, even though it's their fault it killed your starter. Do Not Do business here.
They have the ability to disable your car and they don't show prices cause they over over price cars 12000 on a dodge neon 2002 smh
Worst customer service that I've ever received in my life.
they do nothing but help the people that walk in there as much as they can. worth it if youre trying to build up your credit also.
I have no credit what so ever and they put me in a decent car had a few issues and they stepped up and fixed the problem. I say give it a go!!!
They offered me a 2001 Ford Taurus with 148,000 miles on it with $100 down and a $300 a month payment! I went to Kia of Lincoln and got a 2012 Ford Fusion with 48,000 miles on it with $500 down for the same monthly payment! So bottom line Car Hop is a rip off and Verleen SUCKS!
