I purchased my van through Carhop about 9 months ago through Ed. These folks did a great job considering my situation at that time. I've had a couple of engine-related issues since then but they have gone out of their way to hold up their end of the warranty--beyond my own expectations, I might add. If they treat every customer in the same manner that I've been treated, then they deserve every measure of success they receive.

Before going to this dealership I would definitely weigh out all your options. If you MUST have vehicle definitely check the CARFAX on the vehicle and ask lots of questions. I am a single mother who was looking for transportation and after receiving the option for a vehicle I added up the down payment plus the monthly payments and was given a $10,000 used truck that I would be paying 22,000 for. after purchasing a car, it dying less that 24 hours later, and it being in two separate auto shops over the course of 2 and a half months, only being able to drive it for 5 days since driving it off the lot, finally decided to just cut my losses as carhop failed to provide any reasonable resolution, learned my lesson, would recommend anyone check the reviews, not just here, and google but on the better business bureau as well, as I don't seem to be the first one to be jerked around by them, even some.of the auto shops said t... read more

Car hop will lie to you . I called them and told them I wanted a truck they told me they had one when I got there they said that they couldn't sell the truck. So they told me if I got the Nissan as soon as. They got a truck I could trade the Nissan . So I called them and now they are telling that I have to pay down to three thousand dollars before I can trade it in I will never buy another vehicle from car hop. I have been to Car Hop on two occasions. Both times Jason was there by himself with a room full of customers and he was doing his best to get to everyone. But, the problems i have with this place is that i came in with $400 down and Jason leveled with me that because of my credit score, i would probably be choosing out of the cars in the row closest to store.
