Bought a car from Timothy Brewer. He claimed he was getting the title straightened out for seven months. Refused to meet up multiple times to get the paperwork fixed, he ignored me for months as well and never gave a clear answer as to what was going on. Had a vehicle in could not drive for months because he wouldn't get the title changed. He never went to do the paperwork, he held onto the paperwork for seven months.
