I called the Obgyn office because I hadn't heard back on PAP & ultrasound results. The receptionist said the doctor won't be in until next week. I asked when next week should I expect a call w/ the results & she said the doctor will be really backed up, so expect a call the week after that. WHAT?! Over a month to get test results when you're high risk is unacceptable. Will not be going back to see her again. This was after they had cancelled two previous appts- extending my appt by 3 months.

They don't answer their phone. Also it takes them 3+ weeks to give you your lab results when they say it takes 2. They've rescheduled my appointments as well. My pregnancy test came back negative but I haven't gotten my period so they want me to come back in and do another pregnancy test. I'm not pregnant, I told them what medication I'm on that's preventing my period. I stopped taking the meds and I'm now getting my period. Also, the doc forgot to give me my birth control prescription, I had

Dr Pierre-Lambert is a wonderful Doctor she is very kind and cares about her patients and it shows.She takes the time to answers all your questions and put your mind at ease . The office staff is very friendly and always has a smile on there face . I would recommend the Doctor and office to all my friends and family

She is not a bad doctor, but the staff is horrible! First two appointments I had to wait over an hour to be seen (I never complained, since I understand some patients can take more time than others).. First appointment I'm 15 minutes late, I lost my appointment! Is their time more valuable than mine? And they had the nerve to insist if I had an emergency to visit the ER! I will be requesting my records ASAP and changing doctor.

This was my first visit to this office for my annual exam. Several pregnant woman were taken before me, I waited for well over an hour in the lobby, just for the exam room. My time must not be valuable to them. I will not go back nor recommend.
